Baseada em Boston, The Freelance Bishops, debutou com esse arrasador álbum em 1999. O som do grupo é puro Funk-Jazz com livres improvisações, buscando referências nas décadas de 60 e 70. As influências passam passam por James Brown, The Meters, Jimmy McGriff, Roy Ayers, The Crusader, Herbie Hancock, etc. RARE & STRONG FUNK-JAZZ ALBUM!!
